The Regina Athletic Booster Club focuses on subsidizing the Regina High School athletic department. Our efforts benefit ALL Regina athletic programs and ALL student-athletes.
THE 2021 REGINA FISH FRY SEASON IS HERE
Our 2020 season was cut short due to COVID…this year WE ARE BACK…but fish fries will be different for 2021!!
Regina Boosters is partnering with St. Burch Tavern!!! St. Burch will both prepare and distribute meals curbside, PLUS they will give Regina Boosters 15% of all sales!!!
FISH FRY DATES: Meals will be available February 19th and 26th as well as March 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th.
ORDERING: Orders must be placed and paid for ahead of time: the menu will be available for pre-order online each Monday through Thursday and via phone each Monday, Wednesday and Thursday:

- Orders will not be taken on Fridays as the restaurant needs to be able to plan appropriately.
ORDER PICK-UP. St. Burch staff will run orders out to the curb! Each Friday, there will be 4 pick-up times at St. Burch’s (127 Iowa Avenue, Iowa City MAP IT HERE): 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:00pm and 6:30pm
MENU ENTREES

- Salmon Salad: arugula, pearl couscous, sultana raisin agrodolce, crispy capers, fall vegetables, curry mustard dressing Hot Smoked Salmon: potato puree, pickled mustard seeds, arugula, olive oil, salmon filet (served medium rare)
- Shrimp Tacos: 3 tacos per order; sauteed shrimp, chipotle aioli, jalapeno crema, shaved red cabbage, jalapeno escabeche, avocado served on flour tortillas (chips not included)
- Shrimp & Grits: jumbo shrimp, Milton creamery white cheddar polenta, voodoo sauce, charred scallion
- Lobster Mac: lobster velouté, Maine lobster claw meat, three cheese blend
- Lobster Roll: Maine-style lobster, dijonnaise, celery, shallot, herbs, New England split-top bun, served with chips
- Salmon Chowder Bowl
- Family-Style Salad: house greens with tomato, cucumber, pickled red onions and your choice of dressing. Feeds 4 as a side.

- Shrimp Cocktail: Atomic horseradish cocktail sauce, Calabrian chile, lemon
- Shrimp VooDoo: lemon-rosemary butter sauce, jumbo shrimp, toasted garlic baguette
- Oysters: 6 oysters, choose from West Coast oysters or East Coast oysters. A shucking knife is available for purchase.
