Online registration for new and returning families has changed. Please review the information carefully.
Step 1: Registration 1: Save Your Seat
- Registration Start Date April 8, 2024.
- Deadline Date to Save your Seat – April 22, 2024
In the case that a grade reaches capacity, a four tier priority system* will be used. To receive priority in the first three tiers, registration must be completed by April 22, 2024. All registrations completed after that time will be accepted in the order they are received. - Returning Students:
Follow https://davenportdiocese.powerschool.com/public and log in to PowerSchool by entering your username and password.
Click Bio Update in the left navigation column to complete this year’s registration forms.
Registration will need to be completed for all students separately, and some registration forms can be submitted for all students at once. It is possible to begin completing registration and return to complete the process later.
It is critical to ensure contact information for parental and emergency contacts is accurate. Mailing lists and notifications are pulled from the information in the Student Contacts portion of this form. - ESA and PowerSchool Registration Help Session
(Click HERE for this information in Spanish, French and Arabic)- Help and translators will be available for ESA registration and school registration in PowerSchool.
- Date: Tuesday, May 7
- Time: 2:00-3:00 pm and 5:00-6:00 pm
- Location: Regina MultiPurpose Room (MPR). Use Elementary entrance.
- Support: General help with forms and translation for Spanish, French and Arabic.
- For school registration, bring information with you
- Name, phone, email of four contacts (two primary and two emergency).
- Name, phone of child’s doctor and dentist
- List of medications, if any
Current Regina Preschool families that have never logged into PowerSchool should contact Michelle Winders for your Student Access Codes.
New Students to Regina in 2024-25 will receive registration instructions from Regina Admissions Director, Mrs. Pam Schowalter.

Step 2: Registration 2: Confirm Your Seat
- May 15: Tuition Agreement released
- May 30: Tuition Agreement Return deadline to finalize registration
Step 3: Welcome Back to School!
- August 23, is the first day of school for the 2024-25 school year. Online registration (step 1) must be complete and tuition agreement must be signed and returned (step 2) to begin school on the first day.
Important Dates to keep in mind for 2024
- January 24 Discover Regina Night for Grades 6 and 8
- February 15 Kindergarten Round-Up
- April 1 : K-12 Foundation Scholarship deadline
- April 15 STO application deadline
- April 16 ESA application opens
- April 24 – Regina acceptance letter mailings begin
- June 30 ESA application deadline
*When limiting enrollment in educational programs of the Diocese of Davenport the following priorities shall be used:
- Currently enrolled students and siblings (in good standing)
- New students: from supporting parish(es) (in good standing)
- New students: non-parishioner Catholic (in good standing)
- New students: everybody else (in good standing)
